How to Prepare a Manual Purchase Request for Yupoo

Build a copyable manual purchase brief with the source, seller, selected variant, quantity and open questions, without assuming a request is an accepted order.

Make the request readable without the chat

A manual purchase brief should identify the intended item even if the recipient has not seen your earlier messages. It is a preparation document, not proof that a particular buying agent accepts the source. Ask the chosen service which submission route and information it currently requires.

Use one item block per selection

  • Source album: paste the complete Yupoo address.
  • Seller listing: add the original selling URL if available; label it separately.
  • Item reference: copy the title or confirmed seller code.
  • Variant: state size, colour and specification in text.
  • Quantity: state the amount you actually intend to request.
  • Questions: identify anything that must be answered before approval.
  • Alternatives: explain whether a change needs your explicit permission.

If you are considering two variants, make two clearly labelled blocks. Do not rely on a screenshot arrow alone to explain the difference. Leave uncertain values marked as unconfirmed instead of supplying a guessed price or product code.

Attach evidence selectively

Include the picture or chart that explains the chosen option, not an unexplained collection of every album image. Describe why each attachment matters. Where measurements are important, identify the measurement and units you need the seller to clarify.

Ask for a checkable response

Request confirmation of the exact item, accepted buying route and unresolved details. Compare any proposed listing or variant with your brief before authorising the purchase. A form submission or automated acknowledgement is only a record that you sent information.

Keep a final version

Save the accepted brief and subsequent order reference together. If a variant changes, keep the original and the written approval of the change. This record will help you explain a receiving mismatch without recreating the request from memory.

What should I omit?

Do not paste account passwords or unrelated personal information into product notes. Provide information only through the handling service's appropriate, verified channel when it is needed for the actual transaction.
