How to Annotate Yupoo Photos for a Buying Request
Label Yupoo reference images with the source, selected detail and a specific question, while keeping original photos and written ordering instructions separate.
Give each image a purpose
A screenshot should explain a question or identify a selection, not become an unexplained substitute for a buying brief. This tutorial is about preparing your reference notes. It does not grant permission to republish another party's images or establish facts about goods from photographs.
Retain the original album address and the image filename or identifying view where available. In your notes, label the image with the item row it belongs to and why you saved it: selected option, unclear detail or requested check.
Keep the original and your annotation distinct
If you make an annotated copy for a permitted enquiry, retain the unaltered reference separately. Put your marker or caption in your own copy, and identify it as your note rather than as a seller statement. Do not crop away the context needed to identify the item or change a label to imply a different option.
Write one specific caption
- Reference: album address and image identifier.
- Observation: the visible feature or label you are pointing to.
- Selection: the written variant you intend to request.
- Question: what needs confirmation, without assuming the answer.
For example, a caption can ask which seller label identifies the pictured option. It should not claim that the photo proves the item will match on arrival. Use the colour and size record to keep the actual choice in text.
Send only the references that add information
Several near-identical screenshots can hide the question. Select the views needed to identify the item or explain the uncertainty, and connect them to the organized item brief. Ask the recipient what attachment format it can use.
Reuse the reference without turning it into a verdict
If a purchase proceeds, the same caption may help frame an incoming-photo question. Compare observable details and ask about differences; do not infer unseen quality or authenticity. The QC checklist guide explains how to request checks conditionally. Current inspection and forwarding arrangements still need confirmation from the handling service.
