Yupoo Buying Brief for Shoes, Clothing and Bags

Prepare a category-aware pre-purchase Yupoo brief that keeps the common source fields while asking different variant questions for shoes, garments and bags.

Keep one common item spine

Every buying brief needs the seller source, full album, selected photo or code, exact option, quantity and open questions. The manual purchase request describes this shared structure. The category changes the questions you should ask before approval, not the need for a traceable source.

Shoes: identify the pair

Record the seller's size system, colourway and any specific box or included component that matters. A pictured box should not be assumed included. Ask which listing option corresponds to the selected pair if the album has several. Preserve original-language option labels beside any translation.

Clothing: tie the chart to the garment

Write the size label and chart reference with units and measuring points. If a chart appears to describe another garment, use the chart-photo mismatch guide before making a size selection. Do not infer fit from an image.

Bags: distinguish size and components

Record the style, colour, size label or stated dimensions, and any strap or detachable part you need confirmed. Ask whether pictured components are included rather than copying them into the order as facts.

This is a buying-request checklist, not a QC guarantee. After receipt, category-specific checks belong in a separate record. The variant-versus-QC notes guide explains that handoff. Avoid unsupported claims about seller policy or service availability.
