How to Organize Yupoo Item Details Before Ordering

Separate seller-provided labels, your selected option and open questions in a Yupoo item brief, then remove conflicting notes before submitting the request.

Sort the notes into three columns

This guide cleans up source labels, chosen options and open questions before submission; it does not decide whether a purchase is ready for approval.

For the adjacent task, see run the pre-approval Yupoo purchase checklist.

This checklist is for cleaning up item information collected while browsing. Its goal is to distinguish source evidence from your choice and from unanswered questions, not to create a new product description or make claims the seller has not supported.

Use three fields: source says, I selected, and needs confirmation. A visible size label goes in the first field; your selected size goes in the second. An unlabeled measurement belongs in the third until someone clarifies what it describes.

Keep identifiers separate from descriptions

Record the full album address, seller identifier and item code if displayed. Do not substitute a filename for a seller product code. If the code is missing, use a plain description and a specific photo reference, marked as your own label.

The album and product ID guide explains why different identifiers should not be merged into one “ID” field.

Remove contradictions before submission

  • Check that the title and selected image refer to the same item.
  • Keep only one intended colour and size per requested line.
  • Mark outdated notes as superseded instead of leaving two active choices.
  • Move guesses about materials, quality or availability into questions.

If two source images disagree, preserve both references and describe the difference. Do not rewrite the notes into an apparently certain specification.

Convert the clean record into a brief

Copy the source, choice and unresolved fields into the manual purchase request structure. Ask the service which submission route fits the item and request confirmation of the selected variant. Clean notes help a recipient understand the enquiry; they do not guarantee item acceptance.

Keep a version for later comparison

Save the submitted brief and subsequent approved choice separately. Receiving photos should be checked against the approved version rather than every note accumulated during browsing. Confirm inspection and onward handling with the service involved.

For photo-based ambiguity, use the reference annotation checklist. WhatsApp below is available for source-reference questions, not a substitute for a seller or agent confirmation.
