What a Yupoo QC Approval Message Should Include
Write a QC decision that names the agent item ID, visible checks and unresolved points, so parcel approval does not silently include a disputed Yupoo item.
Make the decision item-specific
An agent may manage several received products under one account. A message such as “looks good” can be hard to match to the right one. Name the handling-service item ID, seller reference and selected variant when responding to QC evidence. State whether your message approves that item for the next step or requests another check.
Separate observed facts from open questions
List the visible points you checked and cite the corresponding photo or receipt. If size label, colour or included pieces remain unclear, mark those items unresolved. The QC meaning guide explains why an image cannot prove more than it shows. Use the unresolved-QC marker before a multi-item parcel is planned.
A request for a second photo is not an approval. Likewise, approving one item need not approve every line in an order. Keep each decision attached to its own item ID.
Preserve the reply and its scope
Save the exact message, date and any response from the handling service. If a new photo changes the assessment, write a new decision that refers to the earlier one instead of editing history. The recheck request guide is useful when a specific discrepancy needs another view. This checklist does not define an agent's inspection, return or parcel policy; confirm those terms with the service involved.
