What QC Means in a Yupoo Buying Workflow
Understand QC as a limited check of received-item evidence against a Yupoo purchase request, including what photographs cannot prove.
QC connects an intended item to a received one
In a buying workflow, QC commonly means reviewing available evidence about an item after it is received. For a Yupoo-sourced selection, the useful comparison is between the approved seller reference and the actual received-item record. A photograph alone cannot prove material composition, authenticity, fit or every hidden detail.
Three records to keep separate
The original album or seller listing describes what you intended to buy. The accepted order line records what the agent was asked to handle. The receiving or QC images show only what is visible in those images. The variant-notes versus QC-notes guide explains why replacing one record with another loses important context.
Use the Yupoo QC checklist for visible attributes such as selected colour, size label and included pieces. If the image does not show the needed detail, mark that check unavailable and ask whether a closer view can be provided. Service availability and photo practices vary; do not assume a particular number of images or inspection service.
A decision, not a guarantee
After reviewing what is actually shown, record which points are answered and which remain unresolved. The QC approval message guide helps communicate a clear decision for one item ID. QC is a useful checkpoint, but it does not replace the seller's product description or a service's own written terms.
