How to Compare Yupoo Seller and Warehouse Measurements

Compare a seller size chart with a warehouse measurement by item, units and measuring method before treating a difference as a wrong variant.

Check whether the two numbers describe the same thing

A seller chart and a later warehouse measurement may use different units or measuring points. Save the full chart with its album source, then write the receiving measurement and the item ID beside it. Do not subtract two numbers until you know they describe the same garment part or product dimension.

Create a measurement pair

For each dimension, note the label, unit, method shown, date and source. A chart may describe a nominal size while a warehouse image shows an individual item. The size-chart reading guide helps identify the seller's labels. If the chart appears to belong to another product, the chart-photo mismatch guide should be resolved first.

If the warehouse view lacks a readable scale or does not show the start and end points, record the measurement as unverified. Ask the handling service whether a clearer measurement can be supplied; do not invent a corrected value from a partial photo.

Make the discrepancy actionable

When both measurements are comparable, state the exact difference and attach both source images. The warehouse recheck request explains how to ask about one item without mixing it with other QC concerns. A numerical difference alone does not establish fit, fault, seller policy or the outcome of any return request. Keep the purchase decision pending while a material mismatch remains unclear.
