What a Yupoo Buying Agent Quote Should Identify
Check whether an agent quote identifies the seller, selected Yupoo item, variant and scope before you approve a purchase, without assuming a particular fee or policy.
A number without an item match is not enough
An agent may answer a buying enquiry with a quote or a request for clarification. Before treating any amount as approval-ready, check which seller and exact item the response describes. Keep the full Yupoo album, selected photo or code, colour, size and quantity beside the reply. A figure attached only to a product name can refer to another variant or listing.
Match the quoted scope
Compare the quote with your written request line by line. Does it cover one item or several? Is the amount attributed to the item, a service action or a later shipment? If the response does not distinguish them, ask the agent to label the scope instead of assigning your own meaning. The manual purchase brief is a useful reference for the original selection.
Where a seller listing was supplied, compare its option labels with the album using the album and product-link guide. Do not infer that a quoted amount confirms stock, an accepted order or a shipping price.
Leave a clear approval trail
Reply with the item reference you believe the quote covers and ask for confirmation of any mismatch. Save the quote, its date and your final instruction together. The later order-confirmation check should compare the accepted line with this record. If the quote cannot be tied to the intended variant, pause approval rather than guessing. This is a record-checking workflow, not a statement about any agent's fees or terms.
