How to Check a Yupoo Agent Order Confirmation
Reconcile an agent order confirmation with your approved Yupoo source, seller, option and quantity so a successful submission is not mistaken for the right purchase.
Submission and confirmation answer different questions
Sending a Yupoo link proves that a reference was shared. An order confirmation should tell you what the handling service actually accepted or recorded. Keep the original request unchanged and compare it with the confirmation rather than replacing it with a new summary.
Start with four anchors: the seller or listing destination, the chosen item code or photo, the exact option label, and the quantity. Then note the agent's order or item identifier as a separate field. The request-preparation guide explains what belongs in the initial brief; this page deals with the response after submission.
Mark what the response does not establish
A confirmation may acknowledge receipt, acceptance or a later purchase stage. Do not infer which one applies from a generic status word. If an option has been shortened, translated or replaced, ask the agent to confirm the original seller label. The variant-note guide helps keep that label visible.
Keep the confirmation date, item ID and any open question together. If one line in a multi-item request is absent, mark only that line unresolved. Avoid treating the whole request as complete. For later handoffs, the service-ID mapping workflow connects confirmed lines to warehouse records. Ask for correction before relying on a mismatched confirmation.
