What to Do When a Yupoo Agent Order Status Is Unclear

Ask a buying agent to clarify an ambiguous order status by item ID and stage, keeping seller availability, purchase and warehouse receipt separate.

Status labels need a stage and an item

An unfamiliar status on a buying-agent dashboard is not enough to prove that a Yupoo item was purchased, dispatched or received. Copy the exact wording and timestamp, then identify the affected agent item ID and your source reference. Avoid interpreting a colour or short label from another service's interface.

Ask one precise question

For an unclear status, ask what action has occurred for that specific line and what evidence or next response is pending. If several products were sent together, name the seller, option and quantity for each. The order-confirmation guide helps establish the accepted selection before a status is interpreted.

A seller saying an item was available is not a warehouse receipt. The availability-versus-receipt comparison keeps these stages distinct. Likewise, a delivery or receipt label need not imply that QC passed.

Keep the timeline auditable

Record the status text, date, agent response and any resulting item identifier in one timeline. Do not overwrite an older entry when the wording changes. If the agent explains that a line was not purchased, mark the purchase decision unresolved and ask what information is needed next. If it has reached the warehouse, move to the receipt-reconciliation workflow. This guide does not assign standard meanings or timeframes to any platform's statuses.
