When a Warehouse Item Has No Clear Yupoo Seller Reference
Work backward from a received item ID to accepted order lines and seller albums when the warehouse record does not clearly show its source.
Do not assign a seller from appearance alone
A receiving photo may show an item that resembles several entries in your Yupoo list. If the warehouse or service record omits the seller source, keep that received ID unmatched until you can connect it to an accepted order line. Product similarity, delivery order and a common box style are weak substitutes for an identifier.
Trace the chain backward
Start with the received ID and any seller-shipment reference. Compare those with the handling service's accepted order records, your personal item labels and the seller album or listing originally submitted. The warehouse receipt comparison gives fields for several incoming packages.
If the service can identify an order ID but not the seller, use the accepted item details to ask a focused question. Keep the answer and its date with the received record. Do not silently rewrite your older seller notes to fit the new photo.
Stop at the missing link
Ask the handling service which accepted order line produced that received ID. If it cannot confirm, mark the item unresolved and avoid including it in a parcel instruction. The availability-versus-receipt comparison explains why an earlier stock message does not bridge the gap.
If the only image shows packaging, see the packaging-only QC case. This process identifies missing evidence; it does not promise a service investigation or remedy.
