How to Prepare a QC Checklist for a Yupoo Item
Prepare observable QC questions before a Yupoo purchase, connect each check to the selected variant and confirm what the handling service can actually inspect.
Prepare questions before receiving photographs
This is a category-neutral checklist for observable receiving-photo questions; it does not replace a clothing-specific measurement or label request.
For the adjacent task, see prepare a clothing-specific QC photo request.
This checklist helps you describe what you would like checked if an item is purchased and received. It is not a promise that a service provides those checks, a product authentication method or a guarantee that photographs reveal every issue.
Start with the approved item reference or, before approval, the proposed brief. Record the album, seller identifier and exact variant. Keep the request tied to one item so a receiving check cannot be applied to another line by mistake.
Choose a few observable checks
- Identity: does the visible item correspond to the accepted record?
- Variant: is the requested colour or size label visible?
- Components: are the specifically agreed included parts shown?
- Visible condition: is there a particular area that needs clarification?
Describe what you want to see, not the conclusion you expect. Do not ask a photograph to prove durability, unseen materials or authenticity. For exact option labels, use the colour and size recording guide.
Connect each question to a reference
Note the source image or written instruction that makes a check relevant. If a close-up or measurement would help, explain its purpose and ask the handling service whether it can provide it for this item. Do not assume a particular photograph count, inspection standard or charge.
The photo annotation workflow shows how to make an image reference unambiguous without replacing the original album.
Define how unanswered checks will be handled
Keep a place to record answered, unclear or not performed. A missing view should remain an unanswered question rather than being marked passed. If the selection changes, revise the checklist to match the newly approved item before comparing receiving photos.
Review before a parcel decision
Use the receiving-photo review guide when images arrive. Ask focused follow-up questions about visible differences and confirm any available next step directly with the service. Keep inspection questions separate from forwarding approval; this checklist creates no refund, insurance or shipping promise.
