Single-Seller vs Multi-Seller Yupoo Orders: Record Differences

Compare how source labels, replies and item references should be organised for one Yupoo seller versus several, without assuming combined purchase or shipment.

The number of sources changes the error risk

A single-seller request still needs one line per product variant. With multiple sellers, every item also needs a source group; otherwise a brief “available” reply or service item ID can be assigned to the wrong supplier. This is a comparison of record structure, not a claim that any agent combines orders.

One seller

Keep the seller identifier and homepage or album above the selected item lines. Each line records its own code, colour, size and quantity. A reply can still cover only one line, so do not extend it to other variants automatically.

Several sellers

Give each seller its own group and use distinct personal labels such as A1 and B1. The multi-seller request guide shows how to keep those groups intact. Use the seller-reply tracker when messages arrive out of order.

Purchase and parcel decisions remain separate

Ask the handling service whether it accepts each source and how it wants requests submitted. Later warehouse receipts and parcel instructions need their own item mapping, regardless of whether the enquiry began in one message. The service-ID mapping guide helps at that later stage.

Do not infer a shared seller, combined fee, unified purchase or single shipment merely because the links were sent together.
