How to Combine Yupoo Items into One Shipment

Prepare a parcel checklist for several Yupoo purchases, confirm which received items belong together and review the actual packaging before dispatch.

Confirm that consolidation is available

Combining items means asking the handling service to place selected received goods into a parcel. Do not assume that every item can travel together or that consolidation is always preferable. Ask the service about the actual goods and destination before planning around one shipment.

Make a received-item list

List each accepted order reference, intended variant and quantity. Distinguish items that have arrived from those still awaiting clarification or seller delivery. An album on your wish list is not a received warehouse item and should not appear as ready for parcel submission.

For each received order, keep any inspection concern visible. Resolve missing parts, uncertain variants or unmatched records before treating the item as ready to include.

State which items belong in the parcel

  • Include the exact receiving or order references selected for dispatch.
  • Exclude items that are pending a response or a later decision.
  • Describe packaging you need kept, changed or clarified.
  • Identify any fragile or unusual item for the service to review.

These are request notes, not permission to ignore the service's restrictions. Ask whether the selected combination is eligible for the intended route and destination.

Review the actual parcel proposal

Confirm the included items and proposed packaging with the handling service. Obtain the current quotation for that parcel rather than adding together figures from earlier item enquiries. Packed dimensions, contents and route eligibility need to be checked for the real parcel; this guide supplies no cost or delivery estimate.

Keep a parcel-to-order map

After dispatch, save the outward parcel reference next to the orders included in it. If you later need to discuss a missing item, that map shows which parcel was expected to contain it.

Is one parcel always the right choice?

No universal conclusion is made here. Ask about the particular item combination and available options before approving it.
