How to Build a Multi-Item Yupoo Buying List

Build a portable Yupoo buying list with one row per variant, stable personal labels and separate enquiry, approval and receiving references.

Design the list around selections

A buying list is a preparation record, not a combined checkout or a shipment instruction. Give each selected colour-and-size combination its own row, even when several rows come from one album. This keeps quantities and unanswered questions attached to the right choice.

Use a simple personal label for each row and leave it unchanged as the item progresses. A row label belongs to your list; seller codes, service item references and parcel references should have separate fields.

Include the fields needed for a handoff

  • Personal row label and album URL.
  • Seller identifier plus an item title or visible code.
  • Exact variant and quantity.
  • Open question or pending decision.
  • Accepted item reference, if later supplied.
  • Receiving reference, if an order later reaches that stage.

The item-detail organization guide helps distinguish source facts from your selection. Do not fill pending fields with estimated prices, presumed acceptance or invented progress.

Remove accidental duplicates without losing variants

Compare the album, item code and chosen option before combining rows. Two identical links may be intentional different variants. Two different links may point to the same intended selection. Ask for clarification where the distinction is unclear rather than merging on URL alone.

Use visible status labels

Mark a row selected, submitted, awaiting clarification or accepted according to the actual event. Keep an answer attached to its row. If a variant changes, retain the original choice and clearly identify the active revision.

Submit a copy, keep the working list

Confirm the recipient's current format, then follow the multiple-link submission guide. Preserve the version you sent so you can reconcile the response with the list.

Plan receiving and forwarding separately

If orders proceed, connect receiving photos to the corresponding rows. Confirm any handling instructions with the service. A list of intended purchases is not proof that all items have arrived or can share a parcel. The consolidation preparation guide covers the later received-item decision without assuming a particular shipping option.
