How to Give Shipping Instructions for a Partial Yupoo Order

Specify exactly which received Yupoo item IDs belong in a proposed partial shipment and which lines remain pending before authorizing a parcel.

A partial order needs two lists

If some items are ready while others are still pending, write both sets explicitly. The first list contains received, QC-reviewed item IDs proposed for the parcel. The second names items that should remain outside that request. Do not rely on a message such as “ship what is ready” when similar seller products could be confused.

Verify the release set

For each proposed item, check the seller reference, selected variant and warehouse or agent ID. The service-ID mapping guide prevents a source label from being mistaken for the received ID. Keep unresolved QC lines out of an approval message until their status is clear.

Ask the handling service whether it can act on the proposed subset and whether a new parcel quote is needed. The quote-to-item-list check is useful because an earlier quote may have covered a different set. This is not a claim that every service offers partial shipment or the same terms.

Close the loop after confirmation

Save the service's confirmed parcel contents and its identifier alongside your original two lists. If it names an item you intended to hold, clarify before approval. The delayed-seller scenario shows how a pending line can arise without changing the status of other items. This guide is about unambiguous instructions, not shipping time, charge or compensation.
