What to Do When One Seller Delays a Multi-Seller Yupoo Order

Keep one delayed seller line separate from received Yupoo items and decide explicitly whether to wait, clarify or discuss a partial parcel.

Do not label the whole order delayed

In a request involving several sellers, one unresolved line should not erase the state of items already received. Build a simple list with seller label, agent item ID and current evidence for each product. A seller reply, accepted purchase and warehouse receipt are different stages; the stage comparison helps keep them apart.

Identify the actual hold

Ask the handling service which item is pending and why it is marked so. Avoid assigning a cause from a generic dashboard status. The agent-status clarification guide gives a question format. Keep any seller follow-up attached only to that seller's line.

For the received items, note whether their QC issues have been resolved. A ready item does not automatically have to ship immediately, and a pending item should not be silently included in a parcel plan.

Put the choice in writing

If you want to ask about a partial parcel, list the exact item IDs you would consider releasing and the delayed line you would leave pending. The partial-shipping instruction guide covers the message itself. Ask the service which options are available under its current terms; do not assume a split, refund, free storage period or timing. Save the answer and your decision as separate dated records.
