How to Organize Yupoo Links in a Shopping Spreadsheet

Build a shopping spreadsheet that keeps Yupoo album links, seller listings, variants, questions and agent item IDs in separate columns for review.

Make one row mean one selected item

The most useful spreadsheet rule is simple: one row represents one proposed seller item and variant, not an entire album. Give the row a short private label, then store the complete album URL, seller name or handle, selected photo clue, item code, colour, size and quantity in separate columns. If one album contains two sizes, create two rows.

Do not merge different link types

Use one column for the Yupoo reference and another for a seller purchase listing when it exists. The album-versus-listing comparison explains why those links answer different questions. Add a field for the date you checked each URL; a live album can change after the sheet is prepared.

Create separate columns for unanswered seller questions, your approval state and any later agent item ID. A blank field is not confirmation. If the source is uncertain, label it as such instead of filling a plausible value. The manual request guide can be used to turn a selected row into a message.

Review the sheet before sharing

Filter for missing album URLs, ambiguous options and duplicate private labels. Group rows by seller only after each row stands on its own; the multi-seller request workflow shows why source groups matter. A shopping sheet is a working reference, not proof of stock, price, purchase acceptance or shipping availability. Keep an unedited copy of what you sent so later responses can be reconciled.
