How to Mark Unverified Details in a Yupoo Buying Request

Keep guesses out of a manual Yupoo order by clearly labelling unknown seller, variant and listing details as questions for confirmation.

A blank and a guess are different risks

When an album photo looks like a selected colour but the caption is unclear, do not fill the order form with a confident colour name. Write the visible clue and mark the option as unverified. The same rule applies to an uncertain seller listing, product code or included component.

Use three states for each critical field

Label a detail as confirmed, needs confirmation or not available. Attach the source URL or seller reply to a confirmed value. For a question, write who should answer it and what evidence would settle it. The item-detail organiser gives a place for these fields before submission.

For example, a photo may show two colours while the seller option is written in another language. Preserve the original wording beside your translation. The option-label guide explains why translating alone can hide a mismatch. If an agent cannot process an unresolved field, ask what minimum information it needs rather than inventing a substitute.

Set a decision boundary

Before approving a purchase, check which open questions affect the exact item or variant. Leave those lines pending until the seller or handling service confirms them. The manual request checklist shows how to communicate the selected facts without making unknowns look settled. This guide is a way to express uncertainty clearly, not a claim that any agent will accept incomplete requests.
