When a QC Photo Shows Packaging but Not the Yupoo Item
Treat a receiving image of only a box or bag as incomplete visual evidence, identify the received item and ask for a view of the product if available.
Packaging is not the product view
A box, dust bag or shipping wrapper can be useful for identifying a received package, but it may not show the selected product at all. Do not mark colour, size or condition checks as passed from a packaging-only image. First connect the service's received reference to the accepted seller and item line.
Determine what is missing
Record the photo label and visible package markings. Compare them with the approved order reference without treating matching text as proof of contents. The variant-notes versus QC-notes guide keeps pre-purchase intent separate from post-receipt observation.
Ask whether the service can show the item itself, naming the feature needed for your check. If the image cannot be obtained, mark that check unavailable. The received-item source reconstruction helps if even the seller link is missing from the service record.
What to decide next
Do not issue a blanket parcel approval based only on packaging. Tell the handling service which item ID has an unresolved visual check and ask what current options are available. The second-angle versus measurement guide can help specify the next request.
A photographed box also does not establish what packaging will accompany an international parcel; confirm that separately with the actual service.
