What to Ask When a Yupoo Seller Says “Same as Photo”

Turn a vague seller assurance into a specific question about the selected Yupoo image, variant and feature before passing it to a buying service.

A general assurance needs a named subject

“Same as photo” may refer to the last image sent, a whole album or one visible feature. It does not identify which size, colour or included component the seller means. Preserve the original reply and ask a narrower question rather than translating it into a blanket guarantee.

Specify one photograph and one feature

Quote the full album URL, image filename or position and the feature you care about. If the issue is colour, use the exact-colour clarification to separate visual shade from the seller's option label.

If a product code appears elsewhere, ask whether the selected photo belongs to that code. A response without an item identifier may need the reply-without-code follow-up.

What would count as a usable answer?

A useful reply connects the specific image, selected variant and questioned detail. If it only repeats the same phrase, keep that field unresolved. Do not turn an ambiguous assurance into a claim about material, quality, authenticity or included contents.

When two images differ, the why-albums-differ explainer shows other distinctions worth recording. Send the buying service only the verified option and quote the unresolved question separately; the seller's phrase alone is not an order specification.
