How to Request Additional Photos Before a Yupoo Purchase
Ask the source owner for one useful missing product view, identify the exact item and keep any new photograph separate from post-purchase QC evidence.
Decide which view would answer a question
An album may show attractive angles without the detail you need to identify the selected variant. Before ordering, write down the unresolved question and the specific view that could address it. This is a seller or source enquiry, not a promise that the seller will provide more images.
Keep the full album address, seller identifier, selected item code and variant beside the question. If the album contains several similar products, include the photo reference that identifies the one you mean.
Make a focused request
Instead of asking for “more photos,” ask whether a particular label, included part or view of the selected item can be shown. Explain why it matters to the choice. The photo-to-listing matching guide helps when the uncertainty is whether the photographed item matches a seller listing.
Evaluate the response in context
- Does the reply identify the same seller and item?
- Is the photograph of the selected colour or size, if that was the question?
- Did it answer the requested view or introduce another ambiguity?
- Was the photo provided before purchase rather than after receiving?
Do not infer authenticity, material composition or future condition from a new image. The shoe QC preparation guide explains the different role of receiving photos after an accepted purchase.
Keep rights and timing clear
Use the response only for your permitted enquiry; do not publicly republish it without rights. Note when and from whom the view was supplied. If it does not identify the current option, ask a follow-up or leave the request unresolved. The source-photo annotation guide can help you label the relevant detail in your private brief without altering the original evidence.
