How to Ask a Yupoo Seller for a Missing Measurement
Frame a precise measurement question for a selected Yupoo garment by naming the size, measuring point and unit, then preserve the seller reply with its context.
Name the missing measurement
“What are the measurements?” may produce a chart unrelated to your size or a number without a measuring point. This how-to is about a missing value for a selected item. It does not supply measurement data, a size recommendation or a promise that the seller can provide one.
Save the garment album, seller identifier, item code if visible and the exact size label. Review the existing size-chart reading guide first so you can identify what the source already states and which field is genuinely missing.
Ask one measurable question at a time
- Identify the chosen garment and size label.
- Name the exact point you need, such as chest width or garment length.
- Ask which unit applies and how the point is measured.
- If a chart exists, reference the unclear row rather than requesting a generic replacement.
Avoid translating between sizing systems by guesswork. A number cannot be compared meaningfully if the measurement point or unit is unknown.
Keep the answer attached to the selection
Record the response date, quoted size label and measurement context in your own notes. Ask a follow-up if the answer refers to a different variant or provides only a bare number. The clothing QC question guide shows how a confirmed size label might later support a receiving check, subject to service availability.
Do not overstate what the answer proves
A seller-provided measurement does not guarantee fit or establish the dimensions of a future received item. If different charts conflict, use the chart-conflict worksheet to ask which chart applies. Keep the purchase request pending until the selected size and source record are clear.
