How to Record a Yupoo Seller Availability Reply

Attach a seller availability response to the correct Yupoo item, variant and date, keeping an enquiry answer separate from an accepted purchase.

Record what was actually answered

An album being online does not prove a selected option is available. Likewise, a seller's short reply can be ambiguous if several items were asked about together. This guide helps preserve the context of a reply; it is not an availability claim about any seller or product.

Start with the exact album and seller reference you sent. Note the selected item code, colour, size and quantity. Keep the question and the response together, with the response date, so a later reader can see which option was discussed.

Distinguish answer scopes

  • “Available” without an item code may not resolve a multi-item enquiry.
  • A reply about one colour does not settle another colour.
  • A seller answer is not a buying service's acceptance to purchase.
  • An earlier reply does not guarantee the same status when you reorder.

Ask for a read-back of the specific item and variant if the response is broad. The multi-seller item-ID guide helps when several sellers or buying-service records are involved.

Carry the answer forward without upgrading it

Place the reply beside the correct item line in your brief. Mark it “seller replied on this date” rather than “order confirmed.” If the service needs a current listing or a new selection, keep that request separate from the seller conversation.

The fallback-variant workflow shows how to ask about an alternative without silently replacing the requested option.

Check again at the decision point

If a purchase is being considered later, ask whether the current item and destination still match the earlier response. The manual request guide provides a place for unresolved questions. Do not state stock, price, shipping or refunds as established merely because a reply once said an option could be discussed.
