How to Mark a Yupoo Item as Excluded from a Buying Request
Withdraw one unresolved item clearly while preserving its history and the other requested products, so exclusion is not mistaken for a substitution.
Identify the exact question
Deleting a line from a new message may be ambiguous if the recipient already has an earlier list. Keep a dated change note with the seller source, your item label and exact variant to exclude. State whether all other items remain under consideration.
Record the evidence
- Use an explicit “do not purchase” or “remove” label.
- Include the old item ID and full source for identification.
- Say that no substitute is approved by this instruction.
- Ask which version of the request the recipient will follow.
Decide what to send next
An exclusion may arrive after a service has acted. Ask whether the item is still an enquiry or already accepted, without promising cancellation or reimbursement. If you later choose a backup, issue a separate approval. Keep the old line in your private history so it cannot be revived by a copied list.
A concrete example
If a three-item request already reached the agent, write “exclude A2; A1 and B1 remain under review” with the source link for A2. Ask the agent to confirm the currently active list.
