How to Keep a QC Issue Log for Multiple Yupoo Items
Record each receiving-photo question against its own Yupoo item and service reference, keeping unresolved checks out of parcel approval for other items.
Use one issue row per accepted item and question
A multi-item order can produce several photo sets at different times. A single message saying “there is a problem with one” is easy to apply to the wrong item. This issue log is a private recordkeeping method, not an inspection standard or a claim about an agent's resolution policy.
Begin with the service item or receiving reference, your personal item label and the original album source. Put one observable question on a row; add the relevant image reference and the date you asked it.
Make status visible but conservative
- Open: you asked and have no item-specific answer.
- Answered: the response identifies the matching item and question.
- Needs clarification: the reply leaves a visible discrepancy unresolved.
- Closed by your decision: you recorded the choice you made after clarification.
Do not mark a question passed because another item's photos looked right. The similar-item QC matching guide helps when two received items have close appearances.
Keep the issue tied to the right stage
A QC question can refer to an accepted selection, a received photo or a packing proposal. State which stage the evidence belongs to. The existing QC photo review guide helps phrase a single visible difference; this log handles several distinct issues at once.
Before forwarding, reconcile each open row
Ask the handling service what steps are available for each unresolved item. Only move an item into a dispatch group after you have the information needed for that decision. The parcel-split guide uses the resulting ready and pending item groups.
An issue log does not create refund, exchange, insurance or shipping rights. Keep the actual service response and your decision with each row rather than inferring an outcome from a status label.
