How to Clarify a Yupoo Seller Minimum-Quantity Reply

If a seller mentions a minimum quantity, clarify which item and variant it applies to before changing a Yupoo buying request or adding unwanted units.

Do not apply one reply to every item

Some seller conversations introduce a quantity condition. If you receive such a reply, record the exact wording, date and item code. Ask whether it applies to the selected variant, a whole listing or a different product. Do not turn a seller's brief message into a general rule about its store.

Keep the buyer's intended quantity visible

Put the requested quantity and the seller's stated condition in separate fields. If they differ, ask the buying agent whether the exact request can proceed and what alternatives it can present; do not silently increase the order. The manual request structure helps keep the original selection intact.

Where several variants share one album, ask whether the condition is per variant or for a combined selection. The multi-item buying list can show those lines separately. A source comparison may also be useful, but the two-seller guide does not establish that another seller offers the same terms.

Decide only after clarification

If the condition is unacceptable, leave the line pending or remove it through an explicit buyer decision. Save the seller reply with that decision. This page does not claim that Yupoo sellers commonly impose a minimum, nor does it state a specific quantity, price or agent policy. It describes how to handle that situation if it occurs.
