How to Ask a Yupoo Seller About Dispatch Status
Prepare a precise status question for a seller after a Yupoo-related purchase without confusing dispatch, agent updates and warehouse receipt.
Verify the stage before contacting the seller
First check whether the handling service says the order was actually placed. A submitted enquiry is not a seller dispatch. Keep the accepted agent item ID, seller listing and selected variant together. If the agent's dashboard wording is ambiguous, use the status-clarification guide before attributing a delay to the seller.
Ask about one order line
When an authorized channel to the seller exists, identify the exact item and order reference the seller can recognize. Ask whether that line has been dispatched and which record supports the answer. Avoid requesting a promise about arrival time. If several items were purchased from the same seller, do not assume one reply covers them all.
Record the seller's message in its original wording, date and context. If it contains a tracking or handoff reference, keep it separate from the Yupoo album ID and the agent item ID. The seller-reply tracker helps when conversations overlap.
Do not treat dispatch as receipt
A dispatch statement is not proof that a warehouse received the correct product. After arrival, the warehouse receipt reconciliation starts a different check. If seller and agent information conflict, pass both dated records to the handling service for clarification rather than selecting the answer you prefer. This guide asserts no seller or agent dispatch timeframe.
