Think of the album as a collection

A cover is a starting point
The cover helps you recognise an album in a list. Open the collection to check the rest of the images and any description. One cover may not explain which options are shown later, whether a measurement image applies to them or which selection the seller expects you to name.
Read titles and filenames carefully
An album title can provide a product clue; an image filename can help you refer to a particular photograph. Neither should be treated automatically as a confirmed stock code. Copy the visible wording and ask what it means if it affects the purchase.
Dates and arrangement can describe how material is presented. They should not be used on their own as evidence of current stock, the production date of an item or the order in which a parcel will arrive.
Keep the uploader and seller roles clear
Record whose collection you are viewing and who is offering to sell the actual item. If an album links to another listing, preserve both addresses with clear labels. Do not assume the album platform, uploader, selling party and buying agent are one organisation.
Turn the collection into a useful brief
Choose the relevant pictures and write down the exact option, quantity and unanswered questions. That brief is more useful to a purchasing service than a folder of images without a source address.
Does an album establish item quality?
It can show reference details, but it cannot establish the condition of the particular unit you will receive. Compare later receiving information with the agreed selection rather than treating reference photography as a complete inspection.
