How to Keep Track of Yupoo Seller Links

Maintain a small source ledger that connects the original Yupoo album, seller listing, chosen variant, accepted order and later parcel reference.

Keep a ledger, not only bookmarks

This guide maintains a continuing source-to-order ledger; it does not capture one dated snapshot of an album before the page changes.

For the adjacent task, see preserve a dated Yupoo album reference before it changes.

A bookmark stores a destination but may not explain what you intended to request there. Create one item record for each selection and keep the original source with a short description. This guide is about organising references; it does not verify a seller or guarantee that an old link remains active.

Give the record separate fields

  • Original album: full Yupoo URL and uploader name.
  • Seller listing: the selling URL, if confirmed.
  • Item reference: visible title or seller code.
  • Selection: size, colour, specification and quantity.
  • Questions: what remains unconfirmed.
  • Order and parcel: references added only when those records exist.

Use a label you can recognise even if the album title later changes. Do not place an album ID, seller code and purchase number in the same unlabeled field.

Preserve changes rather than replacing history

When a link redirects or a seller provides a new listing, retain the original address and add the new destination with a note explaining the change. Check which item and variant the replacement represents before using it in a purchase brief.

If an option changes after submission, add the written approval to the same record. Keeping both versions makes later inspection questions easier to explain.

Track status without inventing progress

Use plain labels such as “reference saved,” “question sent,” “selection confirmed” or “order reference received.” Apply them only when the corresponding event has occurred. A request acknowledgement should not be renamed “purchased” merely to keep a checklist moving.

What if a saved album disappears?

Keep your existing notes and ask the seller or handling service for an identifiable current source. A saved screenshot can support a question, but it should not be treated as confirmation of current stock or an accepted order.

Keep the request portable

Read the product ID guide and the manual purchase request guide.
