How to Record Color and Size for a Yupoo Purchase
Write colour and size as explicit Yupoo order fields, preserve seller labels and chart references, and separate each selected variant into its own line.
Preserve the source label before adding your own
A colour description such as “the light one” depends on which photo someone is viewing. A size label without its chart can be equally ambiguous. This workflow records a choice already under consideration; it does not recommend a size or certify a colour match.
Copy the seller's option label exactly as displayed, then add a plain-language note if needed. Keep the album URL and a photo reference beside it. If no label is visible, mark the choice provisional and ask how the seller identifies that option.
Record size with its context
Write the selected size and the chart or measurement reference used. Identify the unit and measurement point only when the source makes them clear. Do not translate between sizing systems by guesswork or treat a numeric label as a body measurement.
Read the Yupoo size-chart guide before recording a chart-based choice. An unclear chart is an open question, not a completed size decision.
Keep quantity attached to the combination
- One line identifies one colour-and-size combination.
- Quantity belongs to that line, not to the whole album.
- A second combination gets a separate line even for the same item.
- A screenshot supplements the text but does not replace it.
This makes a request readable if a message or image attachment is separated from the rest of the conversation. It also helps prevent a total quantity from being assigned to the wrong option.
Ask for a read-back of the selection
Before approval, ask the receiving party to confirm the written colour, size and quantity. If the reply changes a label or suggests another option, make a visible revision and obtain confirmation. Do not interpret a general availability response as confirmation of your exact combination.
Use the recorded choice later
Keep the final selection for matching any receiving photos or size labels. The QC preparation checklist helps turn it into observable questions. For several combinations, use the multi-item buying list. Inspection and parcel arrangements must still be confirmed with the handling service.
