How to Match a Yupoo Photo to the Correct Seller Listing

Build a cautious match between a Yupoo image and a seller listing using codes, variant labels and source confirmation instead of visual resemblance alone.

Treat a similar-looking listing as a candidate

A seller may link several purchase listings from one album, or a separate listing may reuse a similar image. A visual match alone does not establish the same seller, item or variant. This workflow is for checking a specific candidate before you send an enquiry.

Open the full album and note the relevant photo filename or position, album title and any visible item code. Then open the seller listing separately. Record its displayed seller identity, title, code and option labels; do not copy information from one page into the other's fields.

Compare identifiers before appearance

  • Check whether an item code actually matches on both references.
  • Compare the seller or destination shown around each page.
  • Check that the intended colour and size appear in the listing options.
  • Mark missing or conflicting fields as unanswered.

Use the seller-link destination checklist to verify that the listing address opens where you expect. A reachable page is not proof that its item is the photographed selection.

Ask for one source-specific confirmation

If the two records do not clearly align, send both URLs and the selected photo reference to the seller or handling service through its current route. Ask whether the listing identifies that exact selection; do not substitute an unrelated product page to complete a form.

The additional-photo request guide helps if a missing view prevents comparison. The set-versus-single-item guide is relevant when a photo shows several objects but a listing may cover only one.

Preserve the answer as a linked pair

Once clarified, keep the album, image clue, listing and written answer together. If the seller later changes a code or URL, ask whether the replacement still identifies the same selection. Do not erase the earlier reference or assume current availability, price or purchase acceptance from an old answer.
