How to Handle a Yupoo Size Chart That Conflicts with Photos

Check whether a size chart belongs to the photographed item, separate image-based guesses from labelled measurements and ask which reference applies.

Identify the exact question

A chart beside several garment photos may belong to a different model or version. A photographed size tag may use labels that do not appear in the chart. Before choosing a size, record the exact garment photo, visible tag, chart location, units and measurement points. The question is whether this chart applies to this item, not which number looks closest.

Record the evidence

  • Quote the chart title and selected photo reference.
  • Note the particular tag or row that conflicts.
  • Ask the seller which chart governs the selected garment.
  • Request the missing measuring point if the applicable chart is incomplete.

Decide what to send next

Retain the original chart reference if the seller sends a replacement. Attach the dated clarification to the chosen variant and do not claim that a chart proves fit. A numerical conversion cannot resolve an uncertain relationship between a chart and a photographed garment.

A concrete example

If the photographed tag says one size label while the chart uses another scheme, ask which row applies to the pictured garment. Do not silently translate one scheme into the other from a generic conversion table.
