Start with the seller item, not a search resemblance

Mulebuy's published buying guide describes product-link or image search, purchase selection, warehouse review and parcel submission. [1] This preparation guide does not assume that a Yupoo album can always be parsed directly. Check the current instructions and source eligibility before ordering.

Build a matching item brief

Save the exact album URL and obtain the seller listing where possible. Specify the product reference, size or specification, colour and quantity. A visually similar search result should not replace the requested item without an explicit comparison and your approval.

Resolve options before purchase

Check that the reply or order page shows the selected variant and intended quantity. Ask how to submit a manual enquiry if the source does not produce a usable item. Retain any clarification about availability or alternatives with the final request.

Review the item before selecting a parcel

Compare available warehouse records or QC images with the brief, and ask for clarification where a visible detail is missing. Then consider packaging, the contents being dispatched and current destination restrictions. Use our WhatsApp entry for 1to1 album identification, not Mulebuy account or order support.
